Hermès Digital recruiting Indirect Procurement Specialist in Paris, France—manage supplier portfolio and procurement performance reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the supplier portfolio through performance monitoring, evaluation coordination, and business review facilitation
- Develop and maintain procurement KPIs and Power BI dashboards; track action plans from procurement consultations
- Support request for proposal (RFP) processes and provide procurement accompaniment on entity tenders
- Update and maintain the contract library, monitor contractual deadlines, archive documentation, and prepare renewal alerts
- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities within procurement workflows
- Support the deployment of the Responsible Procurement roadmap and coordinate social and solidarity economy initiatives
- Animate the internal procurement community through stakeholder engagement, training participation, and communication support
- Ensure operational continuity by processing purchase orders and managing urgent procurement matters during colleague absences
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or management program (Bac+5 equivalent or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of professional procurement or supply chain experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Strong understanding of supplier management and procurement risk mitigation
- Written fluency in English
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data
- Sensitivity to digital transformation and responsible procurement initiatives
