Hermès Sellier — Bobigny: Import‑Export Assistant internship (6 months) starting July 2026. Full‑time role within Central Supply & After Sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily import and export flows to the retail network, ensuring shipments meet delivery windows and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and validate export documentation in compliance with customs and trade regulations (commercial invoices, customs declarations, certificates).
- Process billing and invoicing related to shipments and coordinate with transport providers and customers.
- Organize and monitor daily departures for the assigned geographic area, taking into account administrative constraints and customs regulations.
- Handle returns and after‑sales transfer flows according to established procedures to optimise shop stock and customer service.
- Track shipments, record and control customs documents, and follow up with carriers and internal stakeholders until delivery confirmation.
- Update operational procedures to reflect regulatory changes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Produce regular activity reports to summarise operations, KPIs and service performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in business, international trade, logistics or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Good understanding of international trade rules, including Incoterms.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Rigorous, autonomous and able to prioritise tasks under time constraints; calm and effective in crisis situations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with internal teams, carriers and retail partners.

Beginners accepted; ideally one prior internship or similar exposure to import‑export operations, international trade or logistics.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business administration, international trade, supply chain or equivalent.
