Hermès Sellier recruits IJSS Recovery Officer (6-month fixed contract) in Pantin to manage Social Security reimbursements and payroll data reconciliation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute detailed reconciliations between IJSS recorded in payroll records and actual reimbursements received from Social Security bodies (CPAM)
- Identify, analyse, and investigate variances between payroll data, accounting records, and received reimbursements
- Generate regular monitoring reports and comprehensive tracking dashboards to support management visibility
- Monitor and control sick leave cases under subrogation agreements, tracking expected versus received reimbursements
- Initiate and manage follow-ups with CPAM and other relevant Social Security bodies regarding blocked or unsettled cases
- Process administrative anomalies related to payment irregularities and compile supporting documentation to unlock delayed cases
- Serve as primary liaison with the external payroll provider on all IJSS-related matters
- Collaborate closely with internal payroll managers to resolve declarative and administrative inconsistencies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening IJSS tracking procedures and process reliability
- Track all recovery actions through to final cash receipt, ensuring complete case closure
Qualifications
- Diploma between Bac+2 and Bac+5 in payroll, management, or accounting
- Significant professional experience in payroll management
- Proven track record handling sick leave cases, IJSS processes, or subrogation arrangements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions
- Strong command of payroll mechanisms and statutory leave regulations
- Familiarity with ADP Décidium payroll software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated comfort managing large volumes of transactional data and performing account reconciliations

Experience
Minimum 3 years of significant experience in payroll management, with demonstrated expertise in handling sick leave cases, IJSS administration, or subrogation procedures.
Education
Diploma between Bac+2 and Bac+5 in payroll administration, management, accounting, or related field.
