Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources Development Manager in the operational management of various HR tasks.
- Prepare for the arrival of new employees, including contract follow-up and onboarding processes.
- Manage and update HR dashboards and ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
- Implement and oversee the training plan, including session creation and logistical organization.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training programs.
- Handle administrative HR tasks and prepare necessary documentation.
- Participate in HR projects related to digital transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and internal communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
