Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver day‑to‑day HR administration for a perimeter of approximately 200 CDI/CDD employees, ensuring compliance with French labour law and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate time and attendance management, verify adherence to working‑time procedures and support managers on contractual formalities (contracts, renewals, probation validations).
  • Act as primary interface with payroll: maintain data integrity, prepare payroll points and cultivate a close operational relationship with the payroll interlocutor.
  • Guarantee the correctness of employee records in the SIRH MyClickH and coach managers and artisans in the tool’s usage.
  • Participate in end‑to‑end recruitment (CDI, CDD, apprenticeships), organise onboarding journeys and contribute to probation and learning pathways.
  • Support managers on employee relations and labour‑law questions, escalate and treat social irritants with reactivity and maintain a regular on‑site presence.
  • Maintain constructive social dialogue with employee representatives in close cooperation with site leadership and the DRH.
  • Drive people development: accompany managerial situations, contribute to annual performance and talent reviews (in coordination with counterpart at second site) and promote managerial development.
  • Define and implement the site training plan (outside production), manage the related budget and participate in talent development projects.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in HR, with proven operational HR management (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Prior experience within a multi‑entity Group is desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of French labour law, payroll processes and HRIS administration (MyClickH experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated interpersonal influence, autonomy, rigour and capacity to work in close proximity with production teams and managers.
  • Willingness to accept national mobility for career development within the Group.

Experience

At least 6 years of progressive HR experience with hands‑on responsibility for operational HR matters; experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and prior exposure to Group structures is preferred.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
