Hermès Charleville Mézières: 6-month HR legal internship starting January 2027. Assist with employment law, social relations, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and track legal and employment obligations applicable to the organization
- Assist in preparing for statutory and regulatory compliance deadlines
- Draft and revise employment-related legal documentation and policies
- Provide support on Human Resources projects with legal implications
- Prepare materials and documentation required for social consultations and meetings
- Analyze and synthesize complex legal and regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law with specialization in employment law and/or labour law
- Ability to read, interpret, and clearly communicate complex legal texts with precision and accessibility
- Recognized for organizational skill, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong oral and written communication abilities in French
- Demonstrated interest in contributing to concrete projects within a demanding, human-centered environment

Experience
Entry-level or student status acceptable; prior legal internship or coursework in employment law preferred but not required.
Education
Law degree with specialization in employment law and/or labour law (current student or recent graduate).
