Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administration including payroll-related administration and employee benefits management.
- Assist end-to-end recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview scheduling and communication with applicants.
- Organize and coordinate training logistics and support Training & Development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Support procurement administrative tasks such as vendor registration and purchase requisitions.
- Draft internal communications, HR notices and collaborate on employee engagement actions.
- Contribute to process-mapping and continuous improvement of HR workflows and controls.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Availability to commit to at least one year of internship.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.

Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
