Hermès Sellier — HR Intern (Recruitment & Onboarding) in Pantin, France. 2–4 month internship supporting recruitment of interns and administrative onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in the finalisation and execution of the internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaign.
- Provide operational assistance, in tandem with recruiters, to prepare and validate administrative onboarding dossiers for incoming alternants and stagiaires.
- Communicate regularly with students, tutors, partner schools and the HR administrative team to assemble complete integration files.
- Maintain and update internal tracking spreadsheets and entries within the HR information system (SIRH).
- Contribute to transversal projects and ad hoc recruitment initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Clear interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to deepen practical knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with students, academic partners and internal stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, curious and oriented towards operational delivery.

Experience
Beginners accepted; prior exposure to HR or administrative environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
