Hermès (Hermès Sellier) seeks an HR Executive Assistant in Paris to support the HR Director with administrative, social‑relations and internal communication duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the HR Director: manage calendar, organise meetings, prepare departmental budgets and produce strategic presentations and correspondence.
- Handle logistical and office-management tasks including travel and accommodation bookings, expense-entry and coordination of seminars and off-sites.
- Support onboarding for managers and coordinate store immersion requests as part of integration programmes.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures in liaison with Internal Control and follow up on HR audit actions.
- Organise and administer social dialogue bodies (CSE and CSSCT): schedule meetings, issue convocations, draft agendas and minutes, compile responses and track commitments.
- Support the Internal Communications Manager in deploying communication plans, coordinating annual events and producing content consistent with the Maison’s graphic and editorial charter.
- Foster team cohesion within the HR department by coordinating rituals, organising convivial moments and acting as a relay for key information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Communication, Management or Executive Assistance.
- 3–5 years’ professional experience in HR assistance within a demanding environment; requisition data indicates a minimum expectation of 6 years.
- Practical knowledge of employee representative bodies and labour‑management procedures (CSE, CSSCT) and experience supporting committee administration.
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills; discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to organise events, coordinate cross‑functional activities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience
3–5 years in an HR assistant/Executive Assistant role in a high‑standards environment; requisition metadata indicates a minimum of 6 years’ experience is preferred. Experience with CSE/CSSCT administration and internal communications is an asset.
Education
Bac+3/5 (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Communication, Management or Executive Assistance.
