  • Manage candidate communications and response follow‑up, maintain applicant tracking files and create talent pools for recurring needs.
  • Coordinate and monitor selection tests and assessment logistics; liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth evaluation flows.
  • Perform pre‑onboarding administrative tasks in the HRIS (internal SIRH), prepare contracts (professionalization, apprenticeship, fixed‑term, permanent) and ensure integration into payroll.
  • Administer daily timekeeping: monitor pointages, attendance and absences; work closely with workshop managers and payroll administrators to support monthly close.
  • Maintain personnel files and respond to artisans’ operational HR queries.
  • Represent HR at external and internal recruiting events and job forums; contribute to transversal projects with the brand’s craft training school.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Previous professional experience within a company (internship or work placement) demonstrating organisational rigor and initiative.
  • Strong responsiveness, curiosity and operational flexibility to support a high recruitment volume and artisanal production environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production managers and payroll teams and to handle confidential personnel information with discretion.
