Role & Responsibilities
- Administer the employee lifecycle from recruitment/onboarding through departures, ensuring accurate personnel records and compliance with HR procedures.
- Manage time & attendance and transmit variable pay elements to payroll providers.
- Produce and maintain HR dashboards and operational reports to monitor site activity and KPIs.
- Coordinate and support learning & development initiatives, annual performance reviews and the roll‑out of HR processes and tools.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects within the HR function and provide day‑to‑day on‑site support to operational teams to foster a positive social climate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or HR administrative role.
- Strong operational orientation with experience supporting teams on the ground.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and dashboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organised, autonomous and proactively solution‑oriented.

Experience
Minimum 2 years in a similar HR position, preferably with operational exposure in a manufacturing, production or artisanal environment; demonstrated ability to work closely with shop‑floor teams and to deliver HR services locally.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
