Les Manufactures de Guyenne is a regional production hub within Hermès Maroquinerie‑Sellerie, dedicated to the creation and manufacture of leather goods. Located in the Gironde region, the pole operates multiple production sites and an in‑house training school, and forms part of Hermès' broader network of ateliers committed to artisanal excellence and vertical integration.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the HR Director and HR team in daily operations across personnel administration, recruitment, training and HRIS tasks.
• Manage time and attendance data and transmit variable pay elements to payroll while ensuring data reliability.
• Contribute to drafting employment contracts and contract amendments, and manage production badge creation.
• Participate in recruitment activities: prepare and post job adverts, screen applications and manage candidate communications.
• Assist with administrative onboarding and the follow‑up of hiring-related paperwork.
• Support the deployment and administrative follow‑up of the training plan in the HRIS (MyclickH), including registrations and invoice tracking.
• Enter and update employee data within the HRIS (MyclickH) and coach collaborators and managers on HR tool best practices.
• Contribute to the construction and maintenance of HR reportings and other ad hoc projects as required by site needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completing a diploma/degree in human resources, business administration or related field eligible for apprenticeship.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and a client‑oriented approach toward colleagues and managers.
• Practical interest in on‑site operations and willingness to engage with production teams.
• High level of rigor, organizational method and capacity to structure and synthesize information.
• Autonomous, yet collaborative, with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem solving.
• Proficiency with standard office software; comfort with digital HR tools.

Skills

Experience

Open to beginners; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience who are pursuing an apprenticeship. Role is a 12‑month apprenticeship beginning 1 September 2026.

Education

Currently enrolled in an HR, business administration or equivalent vocational diploma/degree programme eligible for an apprenticeship (e.g., Bac+2/3 or equivalent).
