Hermès — Pantin: Human Resources Apprentice (apprentissage) supporting HR administration, recruitment and reporting within Data, Technology & Innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day HR administration and ensure compliance with social legislation and internal processes.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding leave, benefits, time management and HR tools.
- Maintain and update employee records in the SIRH (contractual elements, position changes, personal status).
- Manage sickness notifications and absences and coordinate with payroll.
- Verify administrative documentation for apprentices, interns and employees (contracts, residence permits, attestations).
- Monitor probation period conclusions and contractual deadlines; maintain the HR documentation repository.
- Participate in recruitment activities for permanent hires, apprentices and interns (pre‑selection, interviews, reporting).
- Manage the apprentice and intern population: onboarding, daily follow-up, liaison with managers and community animation.
- Support deployment and control of the mobility plan (Pluxee) and ensure correct application.
- Produce and update HR reporting (entries/exits, absences, headcount, training) and create/maintain HR dashboards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4 to Bac+5 degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- First experience in HR or HR assistance is appreciated but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational rigor, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and active listening.
- Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity and an analytical mindset.

Beginners accepted; prior experience in HR or as an HR assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4 to Bac+5 in Human Resources (or currently enrolled in such a programme).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
