Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental policy and risk prevention initiatives across the manufacturing site
- Update procedures and operating documentation related to major site risks including fire safety, work at height, and roofing
- Participate in regulatory compliance tracking and occupational risk assessment updates
- Contribute to risk analysis and propose improvements to HSE practices and documentation
- Monitor and support execution of corrective action plans
- Update the risk assessment document (DUERP)
- Prepare and coordinate security communications and safety awareness campaigns
- Organize and support HSE events and engagement activities
- Develop educational materials for managers and employees
- Participate in site relocation and infrastructure projects as needed
- Provide project support to the HSE Manager according to operational priorities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate with qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Risk Management at Bachelor's level or above (Bac +3 to Bac +5)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with capacity to collaborate effectively across departments
- Self-directed and intellectually curious with proven initiative
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
