Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the site HSE strategy to prevent occupational and environmental risks and to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Co‑develop and implement a global HSE onboarding process for new employees and third‑party contractors.
- Participate in regulatory follow‑up and update of risk assessments and safety documentation.
- Drive accident‑reduction initiatives: coordinate working groups, define standards and monitor performance indicators.
- Benchmark and deploy ergonomic best practices across production workstations.
- Prepare teams and assist with ERM audits; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Contribute to HSE communication, training and culture development activities.
- Conduct incident analyses, prepare communications and support hand‑injury prevention projects.
- Propose and pilot Lean management projects with HSE/Maintenance impacts (5S, flow management, productivity/ergonomics improvements).
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and HSE KPIs.
- Support change management during process or site layout changes, and participate in site moves or reorganisation projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or university programme specialised in HSE, occupational safety, industrial hygiene or continuous improvement.
- Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (alternance) beginning September 2026 for a 12–24 month term.
- First professional experience or internship in an industrial or production environment is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening and autonomy in task delivery.
- Clear written communication and demonstrable project‑management experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.

Entry‑level/apprenticeship: students in engineering or university HSE/continuous improvement tracks. Prior internships or a first work experience in an industrial or production setting are a plus.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering school or university programme with a specialisation in HSE, occupational safety, industrial engineering or continuous improvement.
