Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie seeks an HSE Project Assistant for a 12-month apprenticeship in Pantin, France, beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track regulatory requirements and maintain risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Lead working groups and develop standards for accident reduction; monitor and manage relevant performance indicators
- Facilitate the ergonomics community network through participation in REPERES methodologies, benchmarking exercises, and implementation of best ergonomic practices
- Develop HSE culture through communications, training, workshops, support for HSE liaison officers, and action plan monitoring
- Contribute to HSE service activities including accident analysis, communications, and project support based on incident trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/+5 program at an engineering school or university with HSE specialization
- Prior professional experience demonstrating strong fieldwork capability, organizational skill, rigor, and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong listening ability and autonomy
- Project management experience with demonstrated written communication proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Prior professional experience in a business environment where organisational discipline, fieldwork orientation, sense of initiative, and rigorous methodology were demonstrated.
Education
Bac+4/+5 student enrolled in an engineering school or university program with specialization in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
