Hermès Pantin: Fixed-term HSE Audit Project Manager for Ready-to-Wear supply chain compliance (4 months from Sept 2026). BAC+5 HSE with 2+ years audit experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in audit planning and coordinate scheduling with operational teams, external audit firms, and suppliers across both Men's and Women's Ready-to-Wear divisions
- Support operational teams in risk assessment and evaluation across the value chain by participating in audits led by external firms
- Monitor and track corrective action plans with suppliers, including analysis of evidence submissions and on-site/remote follow-up meetings
- Develop and consolidate direct and indirect supplier mapping in collaboration with internal teams and identify appropriate control mechanisms
- Contribute to supplier documentation and evaluation on sustainability topics using Group resources, field visits, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain and update documentary referentials on internal communication platforms including intranet and shared folders
- Participate in Group and business-level performance review instances and report findings at both operational and strategic levels
- Support supplier acculturation and training on HSE/CSR practices through on-site accompaniment and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in engineering or Master's 2 specialization in HSE or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HSE/Social auditing, preferably in an industrial environment
- Fluent English (mandatory); Italian language skills preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory); IT systems aptitude valued
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic perspective

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HSE or Social auditing, ideally in an industrial manufacturing context. Demonstrated experience in supplier compliance, risk assessment, and audit coordination is essential. The candidate should have worked effectively in multi-site, multi-country environments with external audit firms and production partners.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5): either engineering school diploma or Master's 2 degree with specialization in HSE, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Sustainable Development.
