Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the annual training plan: collect managers' needs, create and update sessions in the HRIS, and follow up with employees.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for training and internal events: invitations, attendance sheets, room and catering arrangements, and post-session feedback collection.
- Ensure integrity of HR data in the SIRH: create training sessions, maintain offer listings and monitor the training plan.
- Produce training and activity reporting using Excel and contribute to trend monitoring and market watch on learning innovations.
- Contribute to creation of learning materials and engagement tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Kahoot).
- Provide administrative support to recruitment and onboarding processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Generalist (tool requests, communications, personalised induction).
- Coordinate the apprentices/alternants population: support recruitment, onboarding, community animation and act as HR referent for alternants within Hermès.com.
- Participate in HR development projects and special initiatives (integration weeks, SEEPH accessibility week, European mobility week).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in Human Resources, business school with HR specialisation, or equivalent.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, attention to detail and strong team spirit; service orientation and curiosity.
- Affinity for information systems and accurate data handling in an HRIS environment.
- Previous exposure to HR, training or retail environments preferred but not required.

Experience
Open to beginners; candidates with prior internship or experience in HR (training or development) — especially within retail or e‑commerce — will be advantaged.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (in progress or completed).
