Role & Responsibilities
- Support employee relations and team management by monitoring interns, fixed-term contractors, and temporary staff in coordination with their direct managers
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding time tracking, leave administration, and HR information system utilization
- Cultivate and maintain proximity and trust-based relationships across the employee population
- Collaborate with Hermès Recruitment team to identify staffing needs and initiate recruitment processes
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to support hiring decisions
- Develop and structure comprehensive onboarding programmes to ensure quality integration of new hires
- Maintain and update HR information systems with accuracy; draft and track employee contracts and personnel files
- Generate HR reporting and analytics on headcount, hiring, departures, and time management metrics
- Participate in HR process improvement projects and internal communications initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) with specialization in Human Resources
- Prior internship or professional experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and proven reliability in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Demonstrable analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvements and propose innovative solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build quality relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to work effectively in matrix environments with multiple reporting lines

Experience
First exposure to or prior experience in the HR function; exposure to generalist HR practice preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Master's-level qualification (Bac+5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
