Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse existing compensation and benefits schemes, ensure internal coherence across the entity and deliver targeted market‑positioning studies on request from operational HR teams.
- Support the execution of employee equity/free‑share acquisition campaigns and contribute to deployment of group retirement savings arrangements (Plan d’Épargne Retraite Obligatoire).
- Contribute to implementation of the EU pay transparency requirements and other compensation‑related regulatory obligations.
- Provide operational support for core annual HR processes and the HRIS (SIRH): performance reviews, remuneration review cycle, objective setting, job‑mapping reviews, mid‑year and development interviews, and collection of training needs.
- Maintain and update social data; produce high‑quality social reporting and dashboards aligned with group orientations and KPIs.
- Contribute to CSRD reporting obligations and deployment of the Individual Social Report (Bilan Social Individualisé).
- Design, implement and manage the HMM training plan: collect and consolidate needs, prioritise and budget actions, and handle administrative, logistical and financial aspects of programmes.
- Promote and administer the LMS platform (“My Campus”), run professional interview campaigns, and animate integration and artisan development programmes such as “De l’or dans les doigts” and the digital fundamentals programme “Déclic”.
- Work in project mode, reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and the Director, Talents & Savoir‑Faire, and liaise functionally with operational HR teams across sites.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience; ideally 2+ years with exposure to compensation, benefits, social reporting or learning & development.
- Proven experience working in project mode and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical rigour, organisational discipline and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to animate and coordinate groups functionally and to communicate clearly with operational managers and artisan populations.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in human resources; preferably 2+ years with demonstrable exposure to compensation & benefits, HR reporting, or learning & development—ideally gained in a manufacturing, artisanal or luxury environment.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Fontenay‑sous‑Bois, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
