Hermès Sellier seeks HR Manager for Pierre-Bénite Manufacture in France. Lead HR strategy during major expansion and renovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot HR strategy for the site in alignment with Pole directives across all dimensions, anticipate and accompany organizational changes
- Support management teams in performance improvement and artisan engagement; provide operational HR guidance to senior leadership
- Establish and maintain health and safety as a constant priority in coordination with HSE and site management
- Design and implement training, professional development, and recognition policies; ensure annual performance review cycles and salary assessments
- Cultivate a quality social climate through robust social dialogue with employee representatives; proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts
- Establish and monitor HR budget indicators and social reporting metrics
- Lead site HR projects including engagement surveys and their implementation; collaborate with broader Pole HR initiatives
- Oversee recruitment across all contract types (permanent, fixed-term, apprenticeship, internship) including candidate selection for the Hermès School of Craftsmanship training program
- Design and adapt onboarding pathways for newly hired personnel
- In liaison with the Pole HR Officer, manage timekeeping, employment contract amendments, and ensure legal compliance
Qualifications
- Generalist HR background with specialization in human resources (IAE, Celsa, Ciffop, Master's degree in Law, Sciences Po, Business School, or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of confirmed HR experience, ideally in industrial or artisanal manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated strategic and operational HR vision with ability to balance both dimensions
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; capacity to build trust with artisans, management, employee representatives, and diverse stakeholders
- Strong taste for operational work and close HR support; proven ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving contexts requiring rigor, autonomy, and organizational skill

Experience
Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in generalist human resources, ideally gained in an industrial or artisanal production environment.
Education
Generalist education with specialization in Human Resources (examples include IAE, Celsa, Ciffop, Master's degree in Law, Sciences Po, or Business School).
