Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as HR business partner for the assigned Digital perimeter, advising managers and operational teams on day‑to‑day people matters and employee lifecycle management.
  • Lead the operational implementation of reward policies and employee benefits in compliance with group guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Manage and coach a direct report (Chargé de RH — reporting & SIRH) and coordinate with broader HR teams to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Own and coordinate the annual remuneration review process for the entity, consolidating proposals and benchmarking internal and external data.
  • Design and maintain grading processes in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits teams and apply the Hay job‑evaluation methodology.
  • Act as primary contact with Hermès International on benefits topics (health insurance, retirement, provident plans) and ensure coherent policy application.
  • Drive HR campaigns and regular processes: talent reviews, salary reviews, internal surveys and organisation change support.
  • Produce and present people analytics and ad hoc studies (salary analyses, compensation elements, age pyramids, seniority metrics) to inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, business school or social law.
  • Approximately 6 years' experience in generalist HR with specific responsibility for compensation & benefits.
  • Proven managerial experience supervising HR operational staff.
  • Practical mastery of the Hay job evaluation method.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
