Hermès seeks experienced HR Manager for Charleville-Mézières manufacturing hub. Lead 700-person team transformation, recruitment, and engagement in luxury leather goods production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational performance and transformation by supporting structural evolution, competency development, and team engagement initiatives at the production site
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to support the site's growth trajectory and staffing requirements
  • Serve as HR strategic partner to managers and teams across all human resources, organizational, and management matters
  • Develop talent through implementation of training policies, career progression frameworks, and recognition programs
  • Establish and maintain a quality social environment through constructive employee dialogue and strict adherence to HR policies and legal obligations
  • Prioritize workplace health, safety, and quality of life as key drivers of employee well-being and organizational success
  • Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives with the broader Ardennes regional hub in a spirit of collective cooperation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or master's qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline (e.g., from IAE, CELSA, CIFFOP, Sciences Po, or comparable institution)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in generalist human resources functions
  • Strong command of employment law and labor relations, preferably acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated strategic and operational expertise in HR function design and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on accessibility, active listening, service orientation, and collaborative approach
