Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding programmes: organise integration days, coordinate logistics (scheduling, speakers, materials) and propose enhancements to newcomer journeys.
- Co‑create and animate learning workshops for employees and managers on topics such as annual reviews, development planning and HR tool utilisation.
- Coordinate mandatory group trainings (health & safety, corporate pathways) and prepare pedagogical materials and communications.
- Contribute to internal HR communications: draft newsletter content, design visual supports and prepare campaigns tied to HR milestones (performance reviews, talent reviews).
- Participate in deployment and monitoring of the employee well‑being questionnaire: assist with analysis, communications and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain and update HR tracking tools and databases; perform ad‑hoc analyses using available system data.
- Produce dashboards and regular reporting to inform HR stakeholders and support decision‑making.
- Work under the supervision of the Head of HR Development to manage project timelines, stakeholder coordination and deliverable quality.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac+4/5) programme; available for a 12‑month apprenticeship beginning 1 September 2026.
- Open to beginners; first practical experience in HR (internship, previous alternance, associative project) is appreciated.
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills; ability to tailor content to varied populations.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities across concurrent projects.
- Curiosity, creativity and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with an interest in the fashion and luxury sectors.

Beginners accepted; prior internship or other hands‑on exposure to HR functions (onboarding, training, communications or reporting) is valued.
