Hermès Sellier seeks an HR Development Intern for a 6-month internship in Bobigny, France, starting January 2027. Support training, talent development, and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage the annual training plan by processing participant registrations, organizing logistics for internal and group-wide training programmes, and coordinating with external training providers
- Conduct regular reporting to the HR team and managers on scheduled training, completion rates, and mandatory training reminders
- Support the closure of annual performance evaluation cycles by tracking participation rates, following up on incomplete evaluations, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative content
- Coordinate the launch of development appraisal campaigns and provide operational support for online evaluation entry
- Organize quarterly managerial roundtable discussions (conversations managériales) internally and in partnership with other group entities
- Conduct consistency reviews of position mapping within the SIRH (HR information system) and update records as needed
- Coordinate the organization of the annual company event, including vendor sourcing, event planning, timeline management, and ideation for event highlights
- Ensure daily execution of internal activities and animations, including vendor coordination, registration tracking, and internal tool updates
- Create internal communication content such as HR newsletters, new hire announcements, general information notices, and activity calendars
- Manage communication distribution channels including digital displays, email, posters, and the internal website
- Support emerging HR priorities across the Hermès Commercial division as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school
- Prior successful experience in HR functions such as training, HR generalist roles, or recruitment
- Fluent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong digital tool literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and operational agility

Experience
First successful experience in HR functions (training, HR generalist roles, recruitment) is preferred. Beginners with strong HR coursework or internship background are accepted.
Education
