Role & Responsibilities
- Support annual appraisal and objective‑setting campaigns: prepare communications, monitor completion rates, assist employees with the appraisal tool and analyse returned documents.
- Contribute to the design, rollout and follow‑up of internal development pathways (onboarding, manager programmes, talent tracks).
- Coordinate and consolidate progress of working groups originating from the Group health & wellbeing campaign.
- Support the annual talent review process: gather inputs, assist the HR Development Director with consolidation and analysis.
- Assist in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including disability actions, partnerships with associations and organisation of work‑placement/student welcomes.
- Produce reliable, recurring activity reporting and ad hoc analyses for the HR Development team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour or related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service orientation and sensitivity in analysis.
- Strong organisational ability and capacity to structure projects and documentation.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing urgent requests and collaborating within teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and respect for confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Open to early‑career candidates; suitable for students in Master 1 or Master 2. Previous internship or academic project experience in HR, learning & development or organisational projects is an advantage but not required.
Education
Master's level studies in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent (Master 1 or Master 2).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
