Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation of the annual skills development plan following management decisions, including scheduling catalogue and bespoke training sessions.
  • Liaise with training providers, internal stakeholders, managers and participants to ensure smooth delivery and administrative follow-up.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for training (room reservations, venue hire, catering, equipment) and support webinar set-up and deployment for key HR moments (annual reviews, people review, etc.).
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of competency maps by division and update associated documentation and learning supports.
  • Support the design and rollout of internal communication plans and awareness campaigns (including initiatives linked to disability inclusion and internal surveys).
  • Assist in the animation of internal learning sessions and development interviews where required.
  • Maintain and update training and integration reporting, track progress of annual review campaigns and performance objectives, and prepare summary reports for the HR Development team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in business, human resources, communications or equivalent.
  • Available for a full-time, 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Strong written communication, synthesis and presentation skills.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, collaborative and curious with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in project mode and across cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Experience
