Hermès International in Paris seeks an HR Data Analyst (limited contract) for People Analytics & HR Controlling — social reporting, BI dashboards and HRIS data quality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the People Analytics & HR Controlling team in the annual social reporting campaign: animate collection, validate and publish HR indicators.
  • Prepare, control and contribute to publication of HR data for the sustainability report and the institutional website.
  • Design, build and maintain monitoring dashboards and KPIs within business intelligence tools.
  • Organise and drive HR audit activities in the context of CSRD compliance.
  • Ensure and improve HRIS (SIRH) data quality required for social indicators and reporting.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses such as headcount forecasts and related HR metrics.
  • Contribute to governance of job classification and identify opportunities for analytics-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) from a business school or engineering school, ideally with HR / SIRH or social reporting specialization.
  • First professional experience in HR data analysis or social reporting; early-career candidates accepted.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, structured and rigorous approach to data.
  • Excellent team orientation and service mindset.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
