Hermès Korea HR Assistant position in Seoul; 9-month contract role supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Manage recruitment data and maintain accurate candidate records and communication logs
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives, projects, and company events
  • Assist with new employee onboarding including employment contracts, documentation, business cards, and system account setup
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain updated employee records including contact lists and employee profiles
  • Prepare internal communications and materials for new hires, milestone anniversaries, and company events
  • Support HR-led workshops, training programs, and internal events
  • Handle office supply ordering and expense processing
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc support tasks as assigned by the HR department

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in HR or recruitment-related functions
  • Experience with collaborative projects through extracurricular activities, clubs, societies, or internships
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail with responsibility in managing HR data and sensitive employee documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • English language proficiency preferred
