Hermès Cuirs Précieux seeks an HR Assistant (CDI, full-time) in Paris to manage HR processes, data analytics, and multi-site campaign coordination across France, Italy, US, and Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and support annual HR campaign cycles including objectives setting, year-end reviews, salary revisions, talent reviews, and professional development interviews across all entities
- Prepare launch communications, pilot files, presentation materials, and consolidated analyses for all major HR initiatives
- Coordinate implementation of HR processes across multiple sites, managing timelines and ensuring consistent execution
- Manage benefit calculation processes, individual social reports, site coordination, and data collection for annual reports, DOETH declarations, and apprenticeship tax compliance
- Produce quantitative and qualitative reporting and analytics for all major annual HR initiatives including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, and professional interviews
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and monitor key performance indicators to provide leadership with consolidated and reliable insights on staffing, absenteeism, temporary staffing, recruitment, performance, and talent management
- Generate ad hoc reports and qualitative analyses in response to business requests
- Conduct data consistency audits across HR systems to ensure data quality across the group
- Administer collaborative digital tools including SharePoint and Teams
- Produce collaborative workshop materials and supporting documentation
- Serve as the team reference point for enterprise applications and digital tools
- Manage HR team operations including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, leave tracking, budget oversight, and procurement documentation
Qualifications
- Bac +2 or Bac +3 qualification (HND or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational capability with ability to manage processes spanning multiple departments
- Rigor, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Affinity for numerical data and analytics
- Synthesizing and analytical mindset
- Professional-level English (B2 equivalent or higher)
- First-hand experience with an enterprise resource planning system; Oracle experience is a plus
- Power BI proficiency is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an HR operations, HR administration, or people analytics role within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
Education
Bac +2 or Bac +3 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
