Hermès Maroquinerie des Ardennes: 12-month HR apprenticeship in Charleville, supporting administrative and project initiatives beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage variable payroll elements and prepare payroll records
- Process employment contracts, amendments, and attestation documents
- Administer health insurance and benefits files across three operational sites
- File and organize personnel documentation in accordance with company standards
- Track and report monthly workforce headcount figures
- Process business travel claims and expense management
- Record and monitor absences in the GTA system
- Screen and respond to unsolicited job applications
- Prepare onboarding procedures, including contract verification and new hire documentation
- Optimize HR administrative processes for the School of Savoir-Faire
- Support implementation of the Skills Development Plan
- Maintain and update HR filing structures and document architecture
- Participate in artisan recruitment initiatives
- Support various strategic HR projects across the organization
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +3 or +5 level education
- Degree from a Management School or Business School
- Autonomous and proactive work approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with respect for data confidentiality
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven capacity for managing competing priorities
- Ability to adapt to diverse operational environments
