Hermès Maroquinerie des Ardennes: 12-month HR apprenticeship in Charleville, supporting administrative and project initiatives beginning September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage variable payroll elements and prepare payroll records
  • Process employment contracts, amendments, and attestation documents
  • Administer health insurance and benefits files across three operational sites
  • File and organize personnel documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Track and report monthly workforce headcount figures
  • Process business travel claims and expense management
  • Record and monitor absences in the GTA system
  • Screen and respond to unsolicited job applications
  • Prepare onboarding procedures, including contract verification and new hire documentation
  • Optimize HR administrative processes for the School of Savoir-Faire
  • Support implementation of the Skills Development Plan
  • Maintain and update HR filing structures and document architecture
  • Participate in artisan recruitment initiatives
  • Support various strategic HR projects across the organization

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat +3 or +5 level education
  • Degree from a Management School or Business School
  • Autonomous and proactive work approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with respect for data confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven capacity for managing competing priorities
