Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administration: prepare employment contracts and amendments, record payroll variable elements and maintain personnel files.
- Monitor attendance and analyse absenteeism; contribute to corrective action plans and local HR reporting.
- Participate in recruitment activities for the École Hermès des Savoir‑Faire (ESHF): publish job postings, screen CVs, assist at collective information sessions and conduct individual interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and welcome processes for new hires on the Maroquinerie site.
- Manage training logistics: register employees for courses with central HR, organise internal sessions, compile training statistics and support development of the 2026 training plan.
- Provide operational support to the site HR Manager and contribute to ad hoc HR projects linked to production activity and artisan workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level education in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac+3) required.
- Enrollment in an apprenticeship contract (alternance) for a 12‑month period beginning 1 September 2026.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and ease in working with production teams and artisans.
- Rigour, organisation, methodical working style and capacity for synthesis.
- Curiosity, a desire to learn and a taste for field work on the production site.
- Comfort with standard office software: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; beginners and recent graduates are accepted. Interest in production environments and experience on the shop floor or in trainee roles will be advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
