Holding Textile Hermès in Bourgoin-Jallieu seeks an HR Administrative & Communications Assistant — permanent full-time role supporting site HR, reception and internal communications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-desk reception: handle physical and telephone enquiries, manage visitor access and employee badge provisioning.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and registered letters (LRAR).
  • Manage site consumables: order supplies, monitor stock and handle related logistics.
  • Support HR administration: file and deposit company agreements on Téléaccords, manage medal-of-honour dossiers and update employee directories and photos.
  • Coordinate internship requests and schedules, liaising with managers across entities; assist with training administration and related needs.
  • Organise and support site events and corporate meetings (seminars, management meetings) including minute-taking and logistical arrangements (transport, external providers).
  • Support organisation of professional elections and other statutory employee consultations.
  • Develop and animate internal communications: relay corporate messages on appropriate media (screens, posters), produce an internal newsletter and maintain an editorial calendar with the Communication lead.
  • Plan and execute the annual ‘site life’ calendar (recognitions, seasonal events, on-site activities) and promote internal mobility and vacancies.
  • Assist with corporate social initiatives on site (Week of Disability, Sustainability Week, Safety Day) and source service providers for on-site activations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma: Bac+2 (Associate degree) or equivalent in administration, communication, HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in HR administration, office management or internal communications; experience in textiles, manufacturing or luxury retail advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organisational and administrative rigour.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling employee and corporate information.
  • Creativity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, office coordination or internal communications; prior exposure to manufacturing or luxury textile environments is a strong asset.
