Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and issue employment contracts (CDI, CDD) and contract amendments from template frameworks, ensuring legal compliance and liaison with social law counsel for special clauses.
  • Execute pre-hire administrative formalities including DPAE (Urssaf), work permit checks and coordination with prefectures where relevant to guarantee timely onboarding.
  • Convert and enter dossier data into the HRIS (SIRH Oracle) and transmit complete hiring files to payroll managers; maintain accurate Excel trackers of all contracts and probation periods.
  • Manage administrative lifecycle of temporary staff (intérim): process requests, validate and sign placement contracts, record hours, reconcile billing and support payment workflows.
  • Coordinate alternance/apprenticeship contracts: receive school documents (CERFA, conventions), verify dates and remuneration rules, submit OPCO funding requests and forward dossiers to payroll.
  • Act as primary interface for internal stakeholders (Recruitment, DRH/RRH, Payroll, Legal, Controlling, Accounting) and external partners (schools, OPCO, agencies) while preserving confidentiality.
  • Provide advisory support to recruiters and HR business partners on regulatory requirements; ensure continuity of service by covering urgent dossiers during the binôme's absences.
  • Produce and distribute regular reporting and reconciliations for controllers and internal interlocutors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in personnel administration or payroll-adjacent HR operations, handling a high volume of contracts.
  • Solid knowledge of French labour law and practical experience with administration of personnel (contracts, DPAE, probation management, alternance rules).
  • Proven experience managing temporary workforce administration and contractual billing follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, discretion and stakeholder-management skills; able to advise HR partners and coordinate multi-party processes.
  • Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail, adaptability and a collaborative team spirit.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration within a high-volume environment, including contract production, temporary workforce administration and alternance/apprenticeship processes.

Education

Higher education in human resources, business administration, social law or an equivalent professional qualification.
