Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-hire administrative processes and ensure compliance with French labour law (DPAE/Urssaf declarations, verification of CDD carence, work permits and titre de séjour validation).
  • Draft and issue employment contracts (CDI, CDD), amendments and specific contractual clauses in liaison with social law counsel; distribute contracts to divisional HR teams.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (Recruitment, DRH/RRH, Payroll, Legal) and external partners (schools, OPCO, prefecture) to guarantee timely completion of onboarding formalities.
  • Convert and enter onboarding dossiers into the HRIS for payroll interfacing and transmit complete files to the payroll manager.
  • Maintain and update contract tracking and reporting (Excel), monitor probation periods and ensure continuity of service by handling urgent files during colleagues’ absences.
  • Manage alternance/apprenticeship files: validate training calendars and CERFA, verify contract dates and training cost coverage, and complete OPCO submissions for funding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR administration, personnel administration or a shared-services HR environment.
  • Solid knowledge of French labour law and administrative procedures related to recruitment and contracts.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills with proven discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Rigour, organisation and the ability to prioritise to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Interpersonal ease to collaborate with operational HR teams and external training partners.

Experience
