Hermès Middle East — Dubai: HR Admin Manager (full-time) responsible for employee relations, HR administration and Oracle HR systems across the GCC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for employee relations across the Middle East region: investigate policy breaches, workplace incidents, grievances and recommend appropriate sanctions to the HR Business Partner.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and regional labour laws (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) and implement corrective actions to mitigate legal risk.
- Mediate workplace conflicts, facilitate fair disciplinary processes and support leadership on termination decisions where required.
- Design and run regional listening sessions; analyse employee feedback and propose programmes to improve wellbeing, engagement and culture.
- Develop, review and update HR policies and ensure their deployment in partnership with the HR Business Partner; monitor policy trends and best practice.
- Maintain HR administration and data integrity: manage digital and physical employee records, perform regular audits, implement data validation checks and ensure secure document control.
- Operate and maintain MCH HR systems (Oracle / Oracle Fusion): prepare payroll notes (by the 13th of each month), generate HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount) and update the employee tracker.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, HR letters (salary and employment certificates) and manage benefits enrolment (medical insurance additions).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews and ensure knowledge transfer and correct archival of records.
- Provide strategic HR support to store managers through regular store visits and guide them on culture, wellbeing and operational HR matters; travel across the region as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in HR administration/employee relations or as an HR business partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proven track record of conducting investigations, mediations and delivering fair employee outcomes.
- Familiarity with Oracle/Oracle Fusion HR platforms and experience producing HR reports.

Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR administration and employee relations; experience in multi-site retail or luxury environments and regional exposure across the GCC is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
