Hermès Italia — Milan: HR Admin Intern supporting HR administration, payroll coordination and recruitment. Full‑time internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support personnel administration by preparing, filing and ensuring compliance of employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR master data, personnel files and internal databases; support headcount monitoring and organisational change records (extensions, transfers).
  • Assist payroll‑related administrative processes including contract preparation, internship activations and coordination with external providers.
  • Support travel and mobility administration through management of dedicated internal systems and related documentation.
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding operations (check‑in/check‑out documentation, badge management, document archiving oversight).
  • Provide recruiting back‑office support: CV screening, interview scheduling, phone interviews and candidate communication.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint; collaborate on ad hoc HR projects and cross‑functional requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Languages or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using general IT tools and internal HR systems.
  • Availability for full‑time working hours and flexibility to operate in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, teamwork and the ability to work autonomously.
  • High standards of professionalism, strict confidentiality and discretion.
