Hermès seeks a seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Short Hills boutique, providing clerical assistance to front- and back-of-house operations while supporting client hospitality, sales-floor readiness and stockroom preparation. This temporary role begins in November and runs through December 31; the pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with actual rates based on the job, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs and escort them to the appropriate sales floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and keep beverage supplies stocked in partnership with management.
- Offer hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor to support selling; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
