Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Scottsdale boutique to support client hospitality, selling-floor operations and front- and back-of-house clerical needs. The role begins in November and runs through December 31; the hourly rate is $20.00–$22.00, determined by role, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing merchandise.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
