Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Princeton boutique, providing clerical support across front- and back-of-house operations and assisting with client hospitality, beverage service and sales-floor support. The role begins in November and runs through December 31; pay is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate determined by job, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Assist with beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitality services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing products.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
