Hermès seeks a Hospitality Support Associate for its Palm Beach boutique, providing front- and back-of-house clerical support alongside client hospitality and sales-floor assistance. This temporary seasonal role begins in November and runs through December 31; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Assist with beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team and selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing products.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
