Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Orlando boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. The role is temporary, begins in November, and runs through December 31; compensation is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate determined by job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitality services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing the sales floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
