Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Naples boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. This temporary role begins in November and runs through December 31; the rate is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and escort them to the appropriate sales floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor to support selling activities; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar supplies stocked, and maintain merchandise presentation standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
