Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its King of Prussia boutique, beginning in November and running through December 31. The role provides front- and back-of-house clerical support and assists with client hospitality, beverage service, selling-floor standards, and stockroom preparation. The pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Greet clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing merchandise.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
