Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Waikiki boutique, providing clerical support across front- and back-of-house operations and assisting with client hospitality, sales-floor readiness and stockroom preparation. The role runs from November through December 31 and pays $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with actual rates determined by job, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing the selling floor.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
