Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its American Dream Boutique in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The role supports client hospitality, front- and back-of-house operations, and the sales team; the temporary seasonal position begins in November and runs through December 31. Pay is $22–$23 per hour, with the actual rate determined by role, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as offering coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
