Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Dallas boutique, providing clerical support across front- and back-of-house operations and assisting with client hospitality, sales support, and floor readiness. The position begins in November and runs through December 31; pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor to support selling; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked, and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
