Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Bellevue boutique to assist front- and back-of-house operations, client hospitality, and sales-floor support. The role begins in November and runs through December 31; pay is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate determined by job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies appropriately stocked.
- Provide hospitality services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team and selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and related items stocked; and maintain selling-floor merchandise standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
