Hermès seeks a Hospitality Support Associate to support client experience and front- and back-of-house operations at its Atlanta boutique. This temporary seasonal role begins in November and runs through December 31; it supports client hospitality, sales-floor operations, merchandise presentation, and stockroom preparation. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs, and escort them to the appropriate sales floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing the selling floor.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
