Hermès seeks a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Aspen boutique, providing clerical and hospitality support across front- and back-of-house operations and assisting the sales team. Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the main floor, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitality services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and related items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing products.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
